About teenage coaching:
Teenage coaching provides an environment for teens to think out loud, process. Teens are powerful. Teens are capable. They carry the capacity to envision their future, create plans, accomplish plans. All three of these ordinary coaching activities decrease stress, increase a sense of control over life and develop a trust in teens own power to create their future.

Coaching and psychogherapy.
Coaching is not psychotherapy. Like a basketball coach, a teen coach helps individuals get to the goals at hand. Instead of the person, the focus is the goal. By its nature, coaching is a forward facing future oriented accomplishment focused role. Teenagers carry the capacity to bring about change. Coaching provides the opportunity for teens to do just that - a place where individuals envision, plan and move toward the future they envision. With all of the current day pressures, coaching provides teens the support they need to manage all the inputs and create outputs they are proud of.
