This is the simple outline of what we do together. You define your vision, then we uncover the steps to get there, and I accompany you as you get there.

I am a Board Certified Coach (BCC 4914) with 30 years of global revenue leadership, management experience preparing two companies for exit, 5 start ups and have led teams as large as 100. BCC certification depends on advanced degrees in Psychology and coaching experience.

I work with a wide variety of clients including individuals, teens, revenue leaders and management teams. One of my specialties is working with individuals who are bi-sexual, especially leaders who identify as male who may be in a monogomous relationship.

Carrying multiple identities often in a hidden way neccessitates code-switching. In our work, I support you as you envision your leadership role while acknowledging your identity. As we Envision, Plan and Grow I invite you to bring all of yourself to coaching.
